Sorry I have been MIA too! Although I wasn't shrimping..I am ALLERGIC!!! LOL

Savanah - I am on Lupron because I can't take BC pills...I have a blood clot in my left leg that . I am waiting on AF to make my appt with IVF clinic. i hoe to transfer by the end of month...

PS...all of my embies went to blast stage...

Hi all!  Sorry I have been absent... went shrimping this past weekend....mmm...fresh shrimp!  Cooked them this evening Bubba Gump style - the Shrimpin' Dippin' Broth... yummy!!!  Tomorrow, scampi is on the menu.

I had my first u/s and b/w this morning.... lining is looking good (measured 8) and LH is a little low so they bumped me up to 3 patches. I have to retest on Thursday for that.

We have 5 snow angels on ice, and all 5 are blasts. They are the combined left overs from 3 previous IVF's. They all had some form of fragmenatation, so lets hope they survive the defrost.  The good news is that we have become pregnant in the past with fragmented m's.  

The Lovenox is a form of heparin. Seems I am a carrier for a blood clotting disorder, and that may be the reason none of my pregnancies went past 5 weeks or above a 15 hcg level - early m/c's. The m would start to implant, then all blood would get cut off from it.  I am hopeful the Lovenox will be my cure!

I absolutely LOVE your tag name...it says it all. Thank you so very much for the well wishes and SSBD...I welcome all of it. ;o) I too have been told that the FET is much easier on the body and am so looking forward to that. So far, I've only had to take the b/c-tabs/pills and am waiting to hear from the nurse to start another med...injectable...ouch, but it won't be as bad. I will be on that med every 3rd day and start one other med 5 days from trans and everyday after my BFP! That is so lovely compared to what I had to endure (as I know you are aware ;o) with IVF. Bunches & Bunches of Baby Dust & Baby Love your way...stay strong and BELIEVE Ms. Faith. ;o)

Juana824: We are in the same timeframe too I think. I've already completed my 21 days on bc-pills. I am getting my baseline & ultrasound done tomorrow 6/07 & will start del estrogen injections tomorrow after lab results returned. My initial transfer was going to be 6/24, but had to be moved back due to AF arrival...this is cd1 for me today. So...let me know. Not sure if your lupron was my bc-tabs or is the equivalent to my del estrogen. I have one snow angel and I am hopeful that this is the time. ;o) Big Ole barrels of  baby dust & baby love to ya.

alaskacouple: Big Ole barrels of  baby dust & baby love to you too. I look forward to hearing your about your BFP as well. So you are doing a natural cycle? That is interesting...I've never heard of this type treatment. I understand the estrogen patch...guess that would sort of be like the bc-pills/lupron you use the month before? I've used HCG to release eggs during IVF, so not sure how it works for FET.  I too will be starting PIO 5 days prior to tranfer...not sure what Lovenox is. So...very interesting. This is the only FET I've done, so I'm not real familiar. I am happy however that I didn't have to do as many injections as I did 4 IVF. ;o) Just the bc-pills & the del estrogen & PIO's are plenty.

BTW ALL: How many of you reached blastocyst stage? As I said before, I only have ONE SPECIAL SNOW ANGEL & he/she or they did reach blasto stage...I think they went all the way to day 6. I'll have to check with client tomorrow. Alright ladies...I pray that it is all of our time to recieve not only a BFP, but to carry full term with health pregnancy & healthy babies. This goes for you too Ms. Science! ;o)

It's hard to tell...it's all determined by the arrival of AF after I start on the Lupron. Based on my calculations, the earliest transfer date could be the week of the 23rd...Not sure about the meds...

do you know when your expected transfer day will be?  I see you start Lupron tomorrow - how long will you be on your meds?  We are doing a 'natural cycle' - which I think is a contradiction in terms....
No meds for except for estrogen patches, then HCG shot, followed by beginning of 2ml PIO and Lovenox injections.

Hi. I too am starting my FET cycle.  I am currently on cd5, with transfer expected around June 18th.  We have five 'totsicles', and hopefully at least 3 will survive the 'defrosting' stage.

Mysty- Congratulations on the twins!  We are hoping for two, ... two for the price of one!
:-D  If we had two, instant family, done... no more ivf, icsi, or fet..... You made my day knowing you are preggo from fet ;-D

Hello. I am starting a cycle on tomorrow to prepare for FET the end of this month. I start on Lupron tomorrow and have my baseline appt scheduled in the morning. GL to you!! Please keep me posted.

Sorry...forgot to make introductions. I've been to the forum a few times and have posted, but am now becoming active in my treatment and am looking for support from all the great ladies on the forum. BTW, I am Savanha and I hang out a lot on preg35+ forum...it gives me comfort to know there is hope and I glean from that forum. I am encouraged by so many of the post I've read on this forum as well and know that I am not alone...that we are all strong & keeping our hope active. Thank you for any & all inputs.
