FET success rates??

Hi! I'm going to be doing a day 6 blastocyst FET cycle very soon.
i just did a fresh cycle and the blasts were VERY good quality...and i didnt fall pregnant.
What are the odds of a FET actually working?
Also.. i only have 3 blasts frozen...
how many should i put in for better success? I want to put in all 3, because i think it will improve my odds... but i'd hate to waste them all in one cycle?
What would you do?

hmmm... did you try copying and pasting the web site?
It's the Center for Disease Control website.

ART 2006 Home Page: 2006 ART Report | CDC Reproductive Health
cdc.gov/ART/ART2006.index.htm.

Try again ok?????  let me know if it still doesn't come up, and I will post what it shows.  OK????  I just don't know your particulars.

I found  Baystate Repoductive Medicine in Springfield MA listing there.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN'T GET IT TO COME UP AGAIN....

My husband are thinking of looking into something like IVF,  What is FEts?   I am new to this forum and was wondering for those of you who need to use doner eggs.  Was your RE able to tell you your eggs were not viable before going through a whole round of IVF and egg retrieval?  I am worried, the Doc tel us everything is fine but then why no baby?

Hi!
Yeah... thats the way i'm leaning... to just transfer all 3...
(if my RE will even do it...she may just let me do 2... *sigh*..)
The thing is.. this donor egg stuff is SO stinkin expensive... I dont know if i'll ever be able to afford another cycle... and these 3 little blasts are all i have...
This is scary for me... :o(

Thank you SO much!! :o)
Yes, i am using donor eggs... but those stats gave me an idea of my chances..
My donor is 30 yrs old..
So.. if they did 50 transfers to women under the age of 35... And 22% resulted in live births..
is that a little less than 50% chance for me??
I'm a dunce, sorry...
Again..thanks so much for your help! :o)

You don't have much option cause even if you transfer two you will have only one left. And transfering only one is not really a good idea. Even if you transfer all three not all of them will implant. With the frozen cycle when the embryos are thawed not all of them survive. I had 4 thawed last june. 1 didn't survive the thawing process, so we transfer 3. And according to the beta level only 1 implanted. So i would go with all 3. Good luck

Sart.org can give you the most recent success rates up to 2008, CDC is a year behind SART.  For your clinic:

Thawed Embryos From Non-Donor Oocytes <35 35-37 38-40 41-42
Number of transfers 50 27 16 4
Percentage of transfers resulting in live births 22.0 11.1 2 / 16 1 / 4
Average number of embryos transferred 1.9 2.1 2.2 3

Does you clinic have their statistics posted?  It really varies clinic to clinic.  Here is a website you can use to see if your clinic is listed....cdc.gov/ART/ART2006.index.htm.  Hope this helps!!! : )

Good Luck!

if you have the money, you could put in just 2 and see how it goes, then save the last one for next time.  It may not be up to you though, since the frozen ones don't always thaw properly, so they may have to thaw all 3 of them. I think the odds vary, but maybe around 20-30.  Good luck to you, I've also done an FET a couple of days ago.
