First Response FERTILITY test?

So, I went out and bought pregnancy tests for this month. I desperately needed to pee on something so I cracked open the fertility test and according to it, my ovarian reserve is looking good! BUT, I read that you have to take it on the 3rd day of your cycle and that's it. Not a day before, not a day after. Do any of you know why? I was getting worked up thinking that I was fertile Mertile but now this has me worried, lol. Anybody?

is there a home test for ovarian reserve??? i never knew that. i thought blood work and vaginal ultrasound are the best tests to tell your FSH; LH; AMH and etc.

First Response has a test for it-- not sure how reliable although it says "99% accurate." It's had a lot of good reviews, then again some bad ones. You're supposed to take it on the 3rd day of your cycle, I guess for best results. If the line is lighter than the control line (idk what it's really called) then that means you're good to go. If it's as dark or darker, means you have issues. Less expensive than tests at the hospital but tests at the hospital are definitely more reliable.
