I am freaking out and need support/reassurance

I am 10 days post a three day retreival and throughout the ten days I have been crampy and the nurse said I should expect to feel pre-menstral.....I am so nervous and a basket case though because today I am more crampy and a pinchy feeling than I have been in a couple of days.  The thought of this (our fourth IVF try) not working is terrifying.  Has anyone had cramping day ten and still been pregnant....
Thanks! I need any support and reassurance right now.

I am on progesterone, suppository and shots.  Thank you....this whole process can drive you insane. Taking all the medications is so much easier than the two week wait.  Thank you very much for your comment.  Where are you on your journey to parenthood?

If you are on progesterone this is very, very normal.  This is your uterine lining stretching out.  I think you will be fine.
Best Wishes to you!!

OOps I meant 10 days post a transfer.  Two embryos, 7 and 8 celled and they seemed pretty good.
