Follistim, Gannirelix and Ovidrel

Hello All!!!

After 4 failed cycles of just clomid and provera my doctor started me on Follistim, Gannirelix and Odivrel. I took the follistim for 50iu for a week (9/11-9/18) - then my doctor uped the dose to 75iu. I am going to do IUI for the first time this cycle.

I have PCOS and dont ovulate on my own. Does anyone else have a similar story? any success ???

thanks so much! I am not doing IVF thought just IUI first. I am worried that it may not work. I have 3 follicles, on Satuday one measured 16, and 2 were 12 and 13, doctor said he needs about 20 so i am still taking the follistim.

I use follistim and ganirelix for 4 ivf cycles in much higher doses than you along with other meds and have been pregnant twice but I miscarried twice. It had nothing to do with the meds. They work great. Best of luck to you!!
