I just got the app so I am trying to figure it out. How do I know when I am ovulating? Is it the green lines? What do all the colors mean?

The light green means those are days which you can potentially get pregnant since a sperm can live inside your body up to 4 days. The dark green days are your ovulating days
Okay, there are light greens and then one dark green. Can I be ovulating for all those days? Or just the dark green one?
The green line tells you the days you are ovulating and the red / pink line tell you your period
