HELP 2ww implantation bleeding 10 days post transfer

AWFUL 2ww...HELP!  I am 10 days past embryo tranfer with my first ivf attempt.  Had 2 grade 1 embryos transfered and have pregnancy test with the fertility clinic on Sat (in 2 days).  PROBLEM:  Yesterday at noon started having period like cramps (but not as bad) and lower back pain.  Went to the washroom and there is slight brownish "something" when I wipe...also a bit on panties.  This has continued (almost 24 hours).  It is very slight and not like a period.  I took a pregancy test this morning and it was negative.  Am v. scared that am not pregnant.  2 questions I would love any feedback on.  Is it possible that I could be pregnant even though test detected nothing....(Clinic told me my embryos would likely implant on the 23 or 24 of Nov.and I am not sure how long it would take for the HGC level to rise but think it should show something)...Shouldn't there be some level of HSG?  Could this be implantation bleeding or am I losing the embryos?  I have some other pregancy like symptoms that seem to appear/disappear (could be my head) but can also be totally attributed to the estrogen and progesterone that I am taking due to ivf.  I have called my clinic and left messages but the nurse still has not gotten back to me.  Anyone experienced anything similar...good news or bad, I would love to hear from you.  Thanks!

10 days past embryo tranfer is till a bit early for the pregnancy test.
I also got negative on 10 PET, but positive on 12 PET also light, pink, brown blood and period cramps.
Good luck.

Hello! I have not personally gone through IVF, but have done lots of IUI's... Its hard to say either way though, you could defintely be having implantation bleeding and cramping ( i have had cramping with both of my pregnancies) Also bleeding - especially light and brown is very very common in early pregnancy.. my RE's office says they have many women who bleed bright red with clots and still have healthy pregnancies... As far as the HCG in your system.. "typically" it should be detected on a sensitive pregnancy test (one that detects hcg at 25mcg - like first response early result) about 48 hours after implantation - but thats just theoretically.. there are always exceptions, but yes its defintely possible that your pregnant and thats what the cramping is from, and maybe you had a little later implantation, which is very very common! : )  GOOD LUCK i'll be praying for you to get great news on your beta! : )
