Has anyone had a IVF 3 day transfer and became pregnant?

I just had a 3 day transfer yesterday and I heard that it is better to do a transfer on day 5.  My questions is has anyone had a 3 day transfer and became pregnant.  Also, when does implantation take place during a three day transfer.

Hello Everyone!
Yes, it's possible to do a 3 day transfer and become pregnant.  My transfer was on Jan 8th and I got my BFP on Jan 19th!!!!!  Best wishes to everyone.

Hello Everyone,

I just did a day 3 transfer with frozen embryos. Our first IVF was negative and this is our second attempt. Two where transfered. I'm on day 6 of the waiting process. I'm feeling mild cramps. Is this is a good or a bad sign?

Hi! This is my first post! I started my first IVF cycle several weeks ago. I was supposed to have ET today (day 3) but they changed it to Thursday 1/13 (day 5) because I have 3 embryos that are going strong. Has anyone gotten pregnant from a day 5 transfer? I am so excited but I also don't want to get my hopes up and be crushed... Advice?

Good luck to all :)

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this thread and I must say I feel very relaxed and positive. I recently had my day 3 transfer on 1/8/11. We tranferred to perfect embies!!!! Me and my DH are very excited and already saying we're pregnant. I have an appointment on the 11th for bloodwork and the first BETA is the 19th.  Sending sticky vibes and baby dust to you all!
