Has anyone heard of Agnus Castus?
I was wondering if anyone had ever taken Agnus Castus tablets which i bought from a health shop. I was told they were supposed to help regulate my periods. Can anyone give advice on these please.

Were you tyring to conceive on these pills and if so how long after taking the pills did you conceive and are they a good source for trying to get pregnant
I have taken Chaste Tree which is the same thing. It should help regulate your period. I have taken them for awhile. I am under a tremendous amount of stress right now so they are not working now but they were in the past.
