How likely am I to become prego

Hi there
I'm on cd 13. Yesterday I went in for a HSG. Then back to the dr for a bld and U/s. They told me that I had follicles. 12, 13, 17 and 18mm on the left and none on the right. This is like the 20 cycle. I have been trying for about 6 years off and on.  This month the dr started me on a new cocktail. 2 tab of Glumetza 1000mg, Femara 3 tab from 6-14. and another new drug that started with dex. It is to take out the extra testosterone in my blood. There were very happy to see the follicles as they haven't seen them before. I got back for bld work and U/s on sat.
How likely am I to ovulate and or become prego

Well the last blood tests for Sunday stated that the numbers were going up and they were are 347.
Also the U/S showed that they have grown to 14,18,19.and other small ones.

Will find out more tomorrow when I go back for more monitoring. Don't have to have another U/S until Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the latter question (how likely to get pregnant) is almost impossible to answer, but I do think you have a good chance of ovulating at least two of the follicles! And who knows, the two smaller ones might even catch up! So compared to a natural cycle, your chances are definitely better! Best of luck!
