My Orange Juice/Ovulation Theory

Hello all,

Just wanted to update on my orange juice/early ovulation theory.  I mentioned earlier that every time I drink a lot of OJ I tend to ovulate earlier than normal that cycle. Well it's true.  My last 5-6 cycles I've O'd on CD13-15 and I didn't drink any OJ.  This cycle I drank OJ right after AF ended (about a half gallon in 4-5 days) and I felt some reaction in my ovaries right after about the second cup the first day.  That made me pay attention for real.  Well, I O'd on CD11 this cycle!!  So for those of you who didn't believe my OJ theory take heed.  They already say OJ provides the Folic Acid which helps the eggies, well I think it may help them mature faster and therefore, you O earlier.

So it wouldn't hurt to drink a couple of glasses a day after AF.

Good luck and I hope this helps someone who has problems ovulating.

Trish

I can't drink too much OJ or eat alot of tomatoes for that fact due to the acids - I take extra Folic Acid & Selenium too.  Good luck!!
