I am currently on my 2ww and throughout the whole ivf cycle I have been doing the normal and drinking 2l of water a day
While i was on stim injections I ate more protien and also drank a pint of milk a day.
On the 2ww I have ate brazil nuts and drank pineapple juice(not from concentrate) they contain selenium which helps implantation.
Just remember to drink plenty water and to eat little but often.
I also cut out caffiene although do have a cup of decaff tea each day.
Not sure if all these things work as im still waiting to see if i get my long awaited bfp!!
But wishing you all the luck in the world and hope you are celebraing soon!!

For all of my successful cycles I have
- had a ton of seafood and spinach the night before (A TON)
- drank lots of chocolate mile (watered down with white to avoid caffeine)  for at least the 2ww
- avoided all caffeine cola, cofee, decaf cofee and teas, and artificial sweetners for months afterward
- made sure to eat meat every day (I was a vegetarian before)
