I am going to begin my first frozen embryo transfer and was looking for some positive feedback.  Anyone currently going through a cycle now or had in the past would love to hear your input.  Wishing all good luck

sounds like it is the Same protocol as you  I start everything next wednesday right now I am only taking BC.  I also have 4 and only going to implant 2.  Where do you teach I am in NYC.  Keep me posted I know it really would be perfect timing.  Keep me posted.

I'm a teacher too so I am hopeful all my timing works out :)  What protocol are you on?  I have 4 frozen embryos and I am going to transfer two.  I am on lupron and vivelle dots (not sure if I spelled it right) and then I will do the progesterone and oil.  It's a lot less then my fresh cycle whic has been nice!

Having the same sex sibling I believe is amazing the closeness and all.  I have 6 nephews 3 from each sister and to see how close all the brothers are is great.  Yes being pregnant is definitely an amazing experience I was at high risk for preclampsia so was on bed rest at the and in and out of the hospital the last month often for monitoring all turned out well.  It will all be fine just take care of yourself and that little baby.  How is it being pregnant and having to care for a 2 year old? I am a little nervous about that.

So exciting isn't it.  I actually am just starting and am not scheduled for my transfer until August 10th about.  How many embryos did you have and how many are you transfering?  Are you doing a natural transfer or did you use medications?  I am on a protocol first.  I hope it works the first time because I am a teacher and the timing works out great for now and when the baby would be due.  A little selfish I know lol...  Well keep me posted and good luck I am thinking of you.

I am going through my first FET as well. We are scheduled to do the transfer on the 20th if all goes well (keeping my fingers crossed)... I am nervous since this process is a little different than the first!  Our 1st IVF cycle worked as well, we have a 15 month old little girl so we are def. hoping this one works for a little sibling ;)  When do you do your transfer?

We are having a boy!!  We're so excited!  We adopted our first son and he will be two in September, so the little guys will be 2 years apart.  Perfect - we're thrilled they'll be close in age.  And brothers to play with!  

We had two embies that made it to the freezing stage so we froze those two.  And like I said, only one survived the thaw.  He's our little miracle! :)

Being pregnant is the most amazing feeling.  My doctors think I may have preeclampsia, which is worrisome, of course.  But I'm just so so grateful to be pregnant!

congratulations.  I actually went through 3 IVF's and the last one did take we have a beautiful 7 month old girl named Lacie.  We have four frozens they say they are all A quality what ever that means not really sure. We want to try for a sibling we are keeping our fingers crossed though usually don't hear positive feed back so it was refreshing to hear your story.  Do you know what you are having?   How many embies did you have frozen? How is your pregnancy going so far?

Good luck!!  Our fresh cycle didn't take, but our FET did!  We only had one little embie that survived the freeze/thaw process, so were only able to implant the one.  And now I'm 21 weeks pregnant. So there's definitely hope.  Again - best of luck to you!  Keep us posted!
