first time preg from gonal f and IUI w/ ovarian hyperstimulation
After my 4th cycle of Gonal f and IUI, I just found out I am pregnant 4 and a half weeks.
Beta levels were over 600 3 days ago.
Unforunately I have ovarian hyperstimulation from the gonal f treatment and I had almost 10 mature follicles.
I have extreme bloating, abdominal distention, sore bbs and extreme fatigue. I honestly look as though I am 6 months pregnant.
I would love to share this experience with others since I am so worried about the outcome of this pregnancy.
I will find out later this week how many embryos have implanted. No matter what the case is, I am praying that this baby(s) will be healthy and I will be able to carry to term.

I am day 21 dpo and beta levels are now at 9300 and progesterone greater than 40.
the nurse told me it could be multiples but i will confirm this in 3 more days during my first ultrasound.
there is not much pain from ovarian stimulation but the bloating is just unbearable.
my stomach looks as though i am 6 months prego!!!
my doc recommended lots of fluid (esp. gatorade and v8 juice for the electrolytes) and lots of rest. I am going to the washroom every 15 to 30 minutes and feeling sharp cramps in my uterus area.

Congrats on your BFP!!! How many dpiui were you when you did your beta? 600 sounds great!!! I'm surprised your doc still did the iui with that many mature follies! But hey, it worked!!!
I too did IUI this month along with gonal-f inj...I had 3 folliciles at 18mm then approx 5 more 14-15mm the day of trigger....im currently still in my 2ww (6dpiui) And I also have OHSS... It's no joke! I am in so much pain(more on the left side) & sooo bloated! My tummy feels so tight & can feel it when I walk..ugh! I'm just praying all this isn't for nothing! Did your doc reccomend anything to help out with the OHSS? When did you start getting your symptoms??
