13dpo & foul smell?

Im 13dpo & having a few pregnancy symptoms(cramps from 7dpo, nausia, mild abdomen discomfort) but now I am having a foul smell discharge! I have underactive thyroid and taking Eltroxin hormone drug but my thyroid is under control hormone levels normal!
I take:
Eltroxin for thyroid
Royal jelly capsules for extra fertility
folic acid for abious reasons
pregnavit for obvious reasons
a mild tab for high blood presure (safe during pregnancy should it happen)
Could any of my tabs be causing the foul smell? The only other time I had foul smell was last year after miss carriage (low frequency pregnancy or somethin to that sort! was only 4 weeks)
Please could anyone offer me any advice of why Im having foul smell? Could I be pregnant? I really hope so and am going to test on monday or tuesday! Can I test tommorow? It will be 14dpo tommorow?

I can't wait to hear!  I will keep my fingers crossed for both of us....don't get discouraged if you get a negative....you WILL get pregnant!

Thank you anyway, I dont know if I will be able to sleep now! Im goin to test in morning but dreading a negative I think I will cry!
Whenever I see pregnant women in the mall I wanna break down and scream WHY ME!!!
But im trying to be possitive.
Thank you to everyone who has given me advise, it really has helped to talk about things to people who listen.

Not sure about the foul smelling discharge, I would give it a couple days and see if it goes away.  Do not want to speculate, but I don't think meds give you a discharge change....but pregnancy can!  Foul smelling though, not sure.  Sorry I couldn't help you with that, but as far as your testing goes, I am undergoing fertility stuff and was told by my RE that I could test on the 11th (tuesday) which is 14 DPO for me...I think you are safe to do so tomorrow!
