The time has come for infertility patients, their families and friends to join together and to be heard.
Conceivable Dreams has organized the PRAM PUSH FOR IVF FUNDING on Mother’s Day, Sunday May 10th, 2009. Our goal is to raise awareness for the issue of IVF and infertility funding as a lead-in event to National Infertility Awareness Week.
Imagine a sea of strollers and baby carriages pushed by infertility patients, their families and friends as we march to Queen’s Park. The march will be led by families suffering with infertility and pushing empty strollers to symbolize the children missing from their lives. In addition to infertility patients from clinics across the province, we also anticipate the participation of families with children conceived following IVF or other infertility treatments.
Don’t worry if you don’t have or can’t borrow a stroller. Everyone who cares about this important issue is welcome to participate! This will be an event for your whole family to attend.
IMAGINE YOUR CONCEIVABLE DREAM OF BECOMING PARENTS FULFILLED.
WHAT: A march from Nathan Phillips Square to Queen's Park ending with a rally and speakers at Queen's Park. Borrow a pram or just come out to march.
