Progesterone test after embryo transfer

Hi All
In my IVF I have opted for progesterone vaginal suppositories. Is that good? I am reading contradicting statements on vag suppositories v/s prog injections. I preferred suppositories because after so many injections of stimulations I dint want to poke myself with more needles. But does it work well?
Also my 21 day progesterone test (it was 4 days past ovulation cuz I ovulated on 17th that month) result before starting lupron was "10.5". Is this good number for 4 days past ovu? I read that for 21 day test assuming ovulation on cd14, the value should be 20+ right? Should I ask my doctor to test my progesterone levels few days after transfer? I believe it is not included in my protocol and I think some clinics do it. What did you guys do?

Thanks for answering. I am confused now if I made the right choice. My nurse said they both work the same. May be I should just trust her and my choice.
Did they do a progesterone test for you after the transfer?
Thanks

My doc did not even give me the option of suppositories.  They do shots all the way until 12 weeks.
