Letrazole and Ovidrel

This is my first month on fertility medication. I took Letrazole days 3-7. I am scheduled for Saturday to have a follicle scan and to find out when to take the ovidrel. I was just wondering if anyone else has achieved pregnancy this way. Also i am nervous about the injection.

Yeah i have been a little emotional this month as well. It could be the medicine or the stress of it. Well good luck to everyone and I will keep you posted on how everything goes. Its nice to know your not the only one going through this.

Yea today was the first day  i noticed me being out of character emotional! And I have been working the night shifts, but also noticed i don't seem to have quite the energy I had before..But if those are side effects, i'll gladly welcome them and more to get that BFP!  I've heard that with femara and progesterone people get strong preg symptoms... maybe that will help me not read into every symptom this cycle (though i am sure i still will!!) It seems like forever since i've been in the 2ww since we missed last cycle due to the lap.. well GOOD LUCK! keep me updated!

I have noticed that I am more emotional some days, but what I've really noticed is that it makes me feel exhausted!  There are evenings when we sit down to watch TV and I feel like I can't keep my eyes open!  I'm one of those people thought that gets tired from one drink, so maybe I'm just more sensitive in that way.  Other than that, I haven't really noticed any dramatic side effects.  Although last month, I was almost certain I was pregnant because I couldn't touch my bbs for days and I had more cramping than usual, but it turned out to just be really bad PMS.  I guess maybe that's due to all of the extra hormones too.

I have a question for those of you on femara... is it making yall more emotional than normal? I'm not sure if its just everything that we've gone thru  recently and that i'm just tired, but man I feel like i can't hold back tears today, which is so not me!   Anyhow just curious if I should blame it on meds or not! haha! thanks!

It looks like we're pretty much on the same schedule!  I also took the same drug on days 3-7 and have my follicle scan on Friday.  I previously took Clomid for a few months and had the injection once then, but not since I've been on the Letrazole (Femara).  I've seen a lot of success stories on here with this combination, so that's why I requested the ultrasound/injection this month.  I don't know how much needles bother you, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.  They gave it to me in my hip/butt area and it burned a little when it went in and then the area was sore for a little while, but nothing major.  I just always tell myself it will all be worth it.  :)  Best of luck to you on Saturday.  Hopefully this will be a lucky month for us both!
