I dont think amh alone is a good indicator of response to medications. My RE does this test but only with fsh, progesterone, estrogen. Mine was .7. (fsh 5.4, progesterone with meds 34, cant remember what estrogen was) I responded well to meds. and on the first cycle got my bfp. We did meds. only with timed intercourse. I have heard of people with levels as low as .2 and they got pg. fairly easily. Try not to get too discouraged yet, good luck to you.
I don't know much about the AMH test (my dr seemed to think it wasn't necessary although he did an FSH test and an antral follicle count), but if they said it's "a little low" maybe they just need to give you a bigger dose of medication.
I'm on my first IVF and after 4 days on medication, my estrogen was a little low and they increased my dose. After two days on the higher dose, it was where it should be.
But don't give up. The clinic didn't say it was all over, right?
