Natural success after IVF?

I have two friends now who got pregnant unexpectedly after having babies with IVF.  No drugs.  I have heard this happens a lot.  Does anyone know if it's also common for people who had failed IVF cycles?  Maybe I'm just grasping for any little shred of hope I can get. . .

My sister has endo and PCOS. She has had two surgeries to clean it out, three rounds of IVF, and several IUI before and after that. She recently got pregnant but lost it at 7 weeks due to low progesterone. She adopted a baby from Russia and has 3 foster kids. She lost weight and it happened without trying. She swears that it is more likely to happen when not trying! If she had progesterone suppliments early enough it wuld of stuck! So sad for her but yes it does happen! SHe knows lots of Adopters and they  have had similar stories about the such! Hope is happens for you! Best of luck

I think anything is possible.  I think you have a better chance in different circumstances though.   Sometimes we subcounsiously stress ourselves out & then after we are finally pregnant/have baby via IVF or any other way we are more relaxed and then women get naturally pregnant.

My mom had trouble conceiving & then finally adopted my sister. She was 6 weeks old at the time.  A few months later she conceived me. My sister & I are 14 months apart.
What kind of insurance do you since you mentioned that IVF is not covered? Do they cover any infertility? How about DH?
