Yeah, I get tender BBs too after O every month. It's the increase in progesterone. But when I got pregnant, it kept getting more and more sore until at maybe 10 dpo, when it actually hurt to take my bra off and turning around in bed at night. I know what you mean, though, about not getting your hopes up. I'm the same way. And clomid does tend to give you a few more symptoms anyway, since it can increase your hormone levels. I have heard people talk about increase CM in pregnancy cycles, though! If you're an early implanter, it could be a pregnancy symptom!!! Best of luck!

I'm @ 8 dpo, and when i began ovulating my bbs were sore and they still are but it's mainly around the nipple, and one other thing, this is disgusting but i had thick whitish yellow cm last night and i was just wondering if those were signs of anything. i don't wanna get my hopes up and just have them crushed again but i'm really hoping and praying this is my cycle. it's also my 1st cycle on clomid

It all depends on when implantation occurs. Last time I got pregnant, I started having cramps at 11 dpo...but my BBs were extra sore a couple of days before that. However, some women won't have any symptoms until well after they get a positive pregnancy test. Best of luck to you!
