Not sure how to figure out what day I'm on after IVF

Right now I am 7 days past 3dt.  Two embryos were transferred (a 6cell and an 8 cell).  So what I was wondering is what day past O would I be? 10?  I'm just asking because of course I took a HPT this morning with FMU and it was neg.  But if I'm only what would be 10dpo than that would explain the neg. and still give me some hope that it might still work.  I had no embies to freeze, due to arrested growth, and this is our last try.  Without IVF I am completely infertile so there is no hope of it happening naturally.  I was also wondering from those of you who have done IVF if you had cramping for your entire tww?
I know I probably tested too early, but just hoping that there's still a chance for me.

Thank you so much for your post!  According to the first calender website, implantation won't be completed until tomorrow so I would imagine that no HCG will be made until after that....    I feel much better. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for an uneventful pregnancy for you. Good lick on the 10th!

I think 10 dpo it's way too early, I did my first HPT 14 days past transfer and even when it's was kinda faint...it was positive.  But in case this doesn't happen to you do not get discouraged. For all the reading I've been doing, we are not all the same, it might take some of us longer. also, I did had at least 10 cramps a day throughtout the entire 2WW and even still today. I had less than before but that's a great sign cause it means that your uterus is expanding! Take care and I'm here if you need some more info!
