On Clomid and Metformin, late period -test negative

Hello there, Please could you help?
I am on 2nd cycle Clomid . Also taking Metformin for PCOS. My period is usually irregular . Since being on Clomid it came once in late Sep and then 13th Oct.  It has now been day 55 with no period. Tested at home and still showing negaive. Few weeks back I had a very ! painful irritation around the ovary,, and kidney then what  one Dr didn't and the other thought that it was a burst cyct. But I was scanned in a very poor machine which showed that there is some fluid under the uterus and a colapsed follice. I was told to take paracitamol.

Now, should I take provera to bring my period and go to Clomid 3rd cycle? Or NOT assuming that Metformin and Clomid hasnt worked for me and in fact made my irregular period worse.

Had I was offered scan to monitor how my body was responding to Clomid I think I would have been in a better place than I am now. I feel helpless and the staff at my firtility clinic didnt seem to care.

Thank you and best wishes.

please help.
Thanks

You need to get some provera to start your AF and move to round 3 if you want to!

You should change to a different doc if you feel they are not caring enough about your well being!
