Opk strips and temp jump??

I was on depo for about a yr after having our son 21 months ago.  I stopping getting my shot in dec.  I called my gyn in feb. and she ordered provera to kick start af.  On the 9th of march I spotted, which continued for 3 additional days. Then on the 13th I had a very light flow of red.  This lasted 2 days, 13-14th.  Then I had 2-3 more days of spotting till it stopped.  Everyone I've talked to assume its due to the fact I didn't have much lining.  Well Friday I started to get really bad lower back pain.  I took a preg test, which was pos., but I took it apart before the strip was done changing.  I then tested 4 more times.  One came back very faintly pos but the others neg.  I ordered some opk and preg tests online and got them wens.  On Monday I started to get what felt like O pains on my rt side then it went to both.  It lasted about 4 hours.  Then wens. I felt it again and I used opk which I did 4-5 times.  It got lightly darker each time but not as dark as the control line.  Then I tested yesterday and it wasn't near as dark all 4 times.  Today my lower back is killing me again.  I took a opk and its pretty light.  I'm also still getting those sharp pains on my rt side when I stand up.
Now, I've been charting on FF and my temp was around 98.1-98.3.  It dropped to 98.1 yesterday and jumped today at 98.5.  Ill link.  Keep in mind I started to chart the day I got my strips.

Hi there!

While the BBT method is believed to the more accurate in detecting ovulation, the method actually depends on the technique used. The temperature would need to be charted for all days in a cycle and taken at the same time of the day everyday; while a post ovulation rise would need to be maintained for atleast 3 days to suspect ovulation. In the current situation if the BBT method was correctly employed, it would not be inappropriate to suspect ovulation despite negative OPK tests.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
