Ovidrel and Femara

This is my first time on here so I hope this works.

This is my first month doing the ovidrel and femara together so I don't know what to expect. I have done the femara alone and have also done the clomid, but the shot is all very new to me. I have another u/s tomorrow to make sure I can have the ovidrel. It would just be nice to know if this has worked for someone and if it has, how well. Thanks

I don't normally post a lot but i wanted to let u know I got pregnant on
my first cycle of femara and ovidrel. I think I took femara days 3-7 and then had a trigger when my follicles were ready. I had done 3 cycles of chlomid with no luck but got pregnant my first f/o cycle. I'm 26 weeks right now!  So good luck ladies! I'm sure it will all work out!

Hi Lj6! Welcome to the forum! I'm on my second cycle of femara with trigger. I used ovidrel last month, an this month they gave me novarel. It's basically the same thing...an HCG shot that helps start the ovulation process. I did like ovidrel better, though, because the injection site wasn't tender at all after taking the shot (novarel was sore for a couple of days after). No success story yet, but I just ovulated a couple of days ago, so maybe this is the month! Best of luck to you!
