thanks for the info.
hopefully we all have good news to share .... SOON!!!
I used Clomid and Follistim (same as gonal-f) plus trigger for 2 out of 4 IUIs that I did (all failed). I always had an issue with producing too many follicles, so my dr. eventually dropped Clomid and kept me on Follistim only with trigger and IUI, but that didn't work either. I eventually had to resort to an IVF as I was constantly at a risk of conceiving higher order multiples (I would produce as many as 9+ follicles during my IUIs!) and it finally worked! It is really going to depend on how you respond to those meds. Best of luck :)
I'm kind of close to your regimen I was taking tamoxifen then follistim, triggered with ovidrel and then IUI. we did that for four rounds without success the most follicles I had was two. This round I did just follistim (fsh) for 12 days then I triggered with pregnyl instead of ovidrel and IUI, I'm currently in the tww so hopefully in 9 days I can be another success story :). you didn't say which trigger your using but just so you know My doc had me do 4 rounds of ovidrel (synthetic hcg) and then he said a new study can out that said it only delivered half the dose of real hcg that's why i'm on pregnyl this cycle. good luck I hope it works for both of us!
