PG test tomorrow???

Tomorrow is 10 days post IUI.  I think I want to take my first pg test.  I have 3...so I want thinking days 10,12 and the MD recommended 14.
It is my first IUI and I am VERY prepared that it is going to be a - since I have really not heard any success stories after one IUI and I really just dont think it worked.
What do you think?  To test or not to test!?!?
Anyone have a first IUI success story?

Congrats girl. I pary that i follow in your shoes. my 10 dpo/ iui was BFN but maybe the 12 day will be BFP. I am so excited for u.

That is excellant news! super congrats to you!! this gives me hope as I am in the 2ww of my first IUI. So you came looking for a first time IUI success and it turned out to be you! how great!!!

I did not have trigger.  I have been on metformin for almost a year.  This cycle I took progesterone to trigger my cycle to even begin (as I dont get periods on my own - PCOS) and then letrozole (femera) to induce ovulation. Had IUI done after a u/s showed a follice and positive OPK.

I did not read the other post.... too late I guess but good luck to you and I hope it stays and it is not remainds of the HGH injection (trigger shot if you took one)

I will advised you against taking a HPT since the HGH levels are still low and it may give you a false negative and IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL MISERABLE!!!!!!!!

WAIT at least five more days:)   I know it is hard to wait but it is better, trust me:)

UPDATE!

Well, I gave in and took a test this morning....
I have a very very very faint positive line.  Went to the store and bought a digital pg test and got a "YES"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG....10 days post IUI and I have a positive.  Pray it stays that way thru the week and I dont have a chemical pregnancy!

We are estatic!

i got my bfp after my first iui and got a positive at 11dpo

My sister got pregnant  on first iui with both her girls. She had BFP after 12 days with one and 16 with the other so good luck. I have to wait aleast 8 more days. :(

hopefully you will get  BFP but for me its so early to do a HPT now wait 4 more days i would really recommend that  you wait i know its difficault  :)

hey there! a lot of women get pregnant after the first IUI..hope you are one of them :) usually the hcg hormone does not show in the urine till 12-14 dpo but then some women get BFPs earlier as well...
