PREG TEST AFTER IUI
hello all, i just had a question. i had my iui on 9/21 and the dr stated that i need to get blood work on the 14th day to see if i am preg... they told me that if i take one early it is possible that i will get a false reading due to the hormones in the meds, which i understand.. but me being so impatient i got home today and took one just to ease my own curiosity... it did say not preg... now because i do have a another week from today, can this change to preg... sorry if i sound so nieve...

yes it can, what kind of test did you take and what time of day?
it just means the shot is already out of ur system. i had my iui on the 23rd and i am taking tests just to see when it turns negative so i know its out of my system. i am thinking it should be out of my system i am thinking another couple days. good luck and stay positive!
