Progesterone Blood test at 8dpo?

I called the doc today because it is 7dpo and i wanted to get my progesterone checked to see if i did indeed ovulate. they want me to check it tomorrow at 8dpo is this normal? i have low progesterone so maybe they are waiting an extra day for it to build but i havent heard of anyone else doing it a 8 dpo. any answers are much appreciated. thanks

You are the best!! I need all the prayer I can get. I am TOTALLY FREAKING OUT!!! I don't know why I am so scared.... My appt is in Charleston (about 2.5 hrs away) and I have to be there at 3pm (ugh on News years eve - god this SUCKS SOOOOO bad!!) so I am hoping to be back by 7pm or so. I hope I get to email you and tell you everything is ok!!!! I don't think I can take any more disappointment with the baby making thing.....Keep your fngers crossed (that it won't hurt and also that my tubes are clear!!)

what time is you HSG tomorrow? when will you be home? i cant wait to hear that everything is ok. good luck if i dont talk to you before then. i dont pray that often but i will say a prayer for you before i go to bed tonight:)

I know. I got preggo in 3 months at 19 when I first got married and could barely take care of myself. Now my head is on straight and everything is perfect and no baby ...... Ugh

yeah, what is up with that. i got pregnant just fine at 18 why cant i get pregnant now that i am married?
