Secondary Infertility due to Rt. Ovary Cystic Lesion?

I am 25 years old and married about 7 years ago. After birth of my 2nd baby, I started use of Intra-conceptive Injection each with 2 months' interval. I stopped use after 5 injections as I had decided to be pregnant. Thereafter, we have been trying to conceive but not succeeded even after lapse of 15 months of stoppage of the injection. Thereafter, I consulted the doctor. The doctor advised me the some medicine/tests, reports of which are as under:

Cytology slide of semen shows that 80% of the spermatozoa have normal morphology.


ULTRASOUND OF PELVIC

Uterus appears normal in size, shape and contour. Uterus size = 79 x 35 x 53 mm. It is anti-averted in position.

No intra or extra-uterine mass is seen.
Left Ovary is normal. In Right Ovary a cystic lesion is nuted which measures 25 x 27 mm.

Important DD include  - matins follicle  (incorrect spell) - Haenonhegic cyst (incorrect spell) :

Medicine Use w.e.f. 27 Feb 2008 onward Tab. Azithromycin 250 mg ( 1 + 1 ) 7 days
Clycin = Vaginal Cream (+1) 6 days.

My health is deteriorating day by day and also not conceiving. Please advise me what I should do for my treatment?

I agree with Tina.  The FSH level is what I saw as questionable too.  They have meds to help with that though.  That is exactly what my problem is.  I am not sure about your cyst, but I was told I had a small cyst lesion and that could be from a prior pregnancy.  You may want to consult your GYN about starting clomid first.  Hope you get

From everything I am reading, your main concern would be the FSH of 11.4  Anything over 10 is considered borderline. For your age, it is a high #. The test says it was done on cd2. Is that correct? Did the dr not think it high for your age?
