Sex Painful After Polyp Removed from Uterus

I have been seeing an RE and had undergone the series of examinations to determine fertility.  I had a polyp removed as a result and for some reason I have not been the same (although a few months prior I had a myomectomy to remove some fibroids).  When I have sex, it feels very uncomfortable and at times downright painful.  It feels as if I am having some very bad cramps but closer to my uterus.  Anyone had the same experience?

I can't even express just how much I'm going through, health wise, past and present. This is a very serious condition that needs to be addressed more.
