Side effects or no?

I am trying to conceive for 7 years. Gynaecologist cannot detect anything wrong. I want to increase my fertility with prenatal multivitamin, angus cactus, vitamin E and Omega 369. Any side effects?

Thank you so much to you all. Dragon1973, it is true, 7 years is many. I actually forgot to mention that because of work my husband and I we meet like once or twice in a year for not longer than 6 weeks if it too long. The doctor's opinion is that the problem is because we don't have sexual intercause regular and it could be that we miss the ovulation. I have been hoping every time that there will be a right timing when I meet my husband every time we get together. I tried Clomid 4 times but I think sometimes we missed it or I maybe did not ovulate at all. I am very serious and desperate and I will find out if we do have such a doctor, reproductive, in my country. Is the first time I hear of a reproductive doctor.

Again, I am sorry, it is not Angus Cactus but Agnus Castus.

Once again thank you, dear friends!

Hi there,
Taking Prenatal vitamins is definitely a great idea, as you should be taking Folic Acid 3 months before trying anyway.  The Vitamin E and Omega 369 should be fine also, but I would check that you are not overdoing it if you take the prenatal vitamins.  (As many prenatal vitamins have some of these already in them.)  I do not know anything about Angus Cactus.  You should ask a pharmacist about that one.
If you have been trying for 7 years, you should have consulted with a fertility specialist (not just a gynaecologist) after 6 months of TTC with no results though!  Why are you waiting so long to go and see someone?  They might be able to pin point why you are not conceiving or provide you with treatments that could have had you pregnant many years ago!  I would consider this if you are serious about conception, and you do not want to risk advanced maternal ageing unnecessarily - as your risks for genetic abnormalities increase with age.  This I know all about.  Please let us know what happens.
Good luck.

Hello,
If you have been trying for 7 years .. and your ob/gyn doesn't find anything wrong.. its high time you visit an RE (reproductive endocrinologist)..
Prenatal vitamins should be fine. .  I am not sure of the rest that you have mentioned.
Good Luck !
