Hello everybody.I had 2 embrios transfer on 19th of march and really nervouse,coz i think it will fall.I did test on day 5th after transfer and it was negative,now my boobs and belly became a normal size(not as before from hormones) and i dont feel anything.I dont know what to think really and very scared to do 1 more test..

Anybody can give me their opinion.Doctor offered to me to remove the tubes.I have salpinx in only left tube,another one just blocked.I dont really wanna to remove my tubes,its like an any other organ inside of you,plus it can sffect work of ovaries.I just was thinking to close off them or to drain my left tube with salpinx.

Unfortunately today my period commenced and our last hope died.So we have to move on.We decided to remove hydrosalpinx from my left tube before second time of ivf.May be it wasnt reason,who knows,could be not good enough embryos.Or i wasnt 2 carefull..

we did icsi to due to low count and morph. w/husbands sperm also.  I was successful with first transfer, but m/c'd because of build up in the uterus.  We fertilized 19 eggs.  Glad we did icsi, because the sperm was not strong enough or healthy enough to penatrate eggs.  (probably would have been able to get pregnant on own otherwise.

Hello.Im sorry,i dony know what clinics you went.In one we was it was very good clinic and qulified doctors.We knew before we will need ICSI,bcoz of very low sperm count.And anyway doctor said they can try if we wanna do IVF.We didnt wanna take a risk,bcoz it was only 3 embryos.Anyway everybody has their own opinions and expirience.Thanx and good luck

HI, I LIKE TO ADVISE YOU FOR THE NEXT TIME TO GO FOR IVF, NOT FOR ICSI...
THE IVF IS MORE CLOSE TO NATURAL PROCES AND THE EMBRYO WILL ADAPTED EASY.
THE DOCTORS WILL KEEP TELLING YOU THAT ICSI IS BETTER, BUT DON'T HAVE TO BELIVE THEM, THEY GO FOR ICSI, COZ IS BETTER MONEY FOR THEM.
ANY WAY CHECK ON INTERNET.

Hello.I would like to ask you.In your opinion ,next time when i go and try for ivf,should i transfer embryo on day five after egg retrieval(blastocyst).Bcoz at this time they transfered 2 embryos after 48 hours post egg retrieval.Probably that was a problem,it didnt work,they wasnt mature enough.Thank you

I would really like to think it will change,but 2 negative tests plus all the signs of period,i still have a pain in abdomen.2 days it was strong and today it became annoying pain as before period.Thank you for support,i even was afraid to buy one more test,didnt wanna c again "negative".

I really dont know,,ok, i will keep going on my meds.I dont know why my doctor said wait till 6 of april for the blood test,i would like to do it next week,but now it wont be possible coz of easter time.Thats why i couldnt wait and bought one more test.But i had read before,a lot of women was trying to test even after 3-4 days embryo transfer and was getting positive.

Dont count yourself out of the game yet!! I think you are still testing too early, there is no exact day of implantation so if it implanted a day or two late then you wouldnt be able to detect the HCG yet. Please no more tests till Wednesday or Thursday!! Your office really has a long wait for the beta!! My last cycle I took pregnancy tests starting on day 5 (all negative) the entire time and ended up calling my RE and demanding a early beta because I didnt want to continue with the PIO shots and all the meds if I wasnt pregnant. It made it a misrable experience and I vowed this time I wouldnt POAS until right before Beta because I couldnt bare to see another negative pregnancy test! I didnt even want to test yesterday but my husband really wanted to know, it makes all the negatives melt away when you finally get that positive!!!

Hi my partner and I had icis with the same situation, except we had 7 eggs 5 of which were mature and 2 not. however the following day 1 more went onto mature so we had 6. By mature our embryoligyst said the egg instead of being just a round cell it has an added link. so it looks kinda like a chrismas burble. (wish i could draw it for you, its hard to explain). I think they need these mature eggs as this allows them to inject the specimen.

No, they didnt give me a picture,i didnt know i could take one.The eggs was fine,but after icsi,1 embryo was good,another one wasnt ready yet,one didnt fertilised.Thats why we were thinking they gonna transfer only one.But after we got news-they transfered 2 embryos.Probably iust misunderstanding..We went to prague for ivf,and half of med staff couldnt speek english properly to explain on medical terms.But everything was very good over there.Ok, i just hope everything is fine.Thank you one more time.

I am not exactly sure what they meant by mature, they may have just meant stage appropriate for time (i.e. the cell numbers are correct on the correct day).  We have had embryos that appear to be behind but catch up and make beautiful healthy babies.  Usually we refer to "mature/immature" in regards to the eggs maturity.  We cannot inject eggs that are immature, as they do not fertilize.  But this doesn't exactly sound like what they were talking about.  Did they give you a picture of your embryos?

I have small question to you if possible.As u embryologist.When we spoke with ours,he said,the one embryo is matured,one didnt frtilised one not mature yet.So i been thinking they gonna transfer one,the mature one.At the end i got news they have had transfered matured and unmatured together.Is it possible?How they grow if they difrent.Thank you

Yeah i agreed,but it can be bad for embryo to implant i heard.The liquid can leaks into uterus.But so far i heard many stories and many advises.

I wouldn't be worried about that -- you don't need open tubes to get pregnant with IVF -- we completely bypass the tubes, so you should be ok!
