Soo frustrated trying to track ovulation!!

This is my first month really trying to conceive, before this I've paid attention very little to my cycle days, when I ovulate, how much CM I have, etc. I'm currently on CD 17 and have not gotten a dark positive on an OPK and have on again off again lotiony CM, I have been having random twinges, but no definitive signs of ovulation. I feel like I don't have a great grasp on what to look for during ovulation, is it possible I missed it entirely?! I've been doing one OPK a day, any advice on what to look for during ovulation? Any advice at all, I don't want to go months not knowing where I'm at, if I've ovulated or not, and if I'm not at all. BBT's, OPK's twice a day? Thanks in advance!

Your ob can do a simple blood test on cd21 to make sure you ovulate.

BBT was useful to pinpoint O and the end of the fertile window.

If you do not O, there are pills that can help.
Good luck!
