just had first icsi, et, could i have ohss please help

hi i have just had my first icsi, i had egg collection the 3rd feb, we had 6eggs which 4 fertilized,all are still going strong, the one i had   et with on the  6th feb, was advanced and was clustered
after ec in the night i had some dicomfort in ovaries, its seemes to have gotton worst sinse et yesterday, its like really bad period ache and lots of cramping of the ovaries which can get quite uncomfortable at times, i dont have any bloating, so im worry i have got ohss, i dont really want to take paraceptomol in case it hinders embryo implanting,. can i bath
is this normal

please help any advice appreicated

I HAD A LOT OF PAIN FROM EGG RETRIEVAL OVERIES WERE SO STIMULATED  THAT IT TOOK ALMOST A WEEK FOR THEM TO STOP PRODUCING FOLLICULES . COULD BARLEY WALK FOR A FEW DAYS.  i HAD EMBRYO TRANSFER ONLY 2 MONTHS LATER AND  SO FAR SO GOOD.. I HAVE VERY SORE BOOBS, LOTS OF CRAMPING SINCE 3 DAYS AFTER TRANSFER NAUSEA, HEADACHES, VERY FATIGUE....I GO ON THE 11 OF FEB FOR BLOOD TEST.  BUT ALL THE SIGNS ARE THERE.

There were a few things my doctors told me to look for after transfer & to call them if they appeared, such as fever, bleeding... My transfer was in July, so I can't remember everything, but I think you should call just to ease your mind. Best wishes!!! :)
