Struggling to conceive

Hi, I am 32 years old and I have 1 child 4 yrs old. I was on depo for the last two and half. I left depo in Dec 2014. I tried to conceive but no luck. I have 31 days cycle. Can anyone advise what to do?

See the doctor but don't give up hope! I'm 34 and have a 5yo and had been trying on and off since October 2014 with no luck. I made the decision if I wasn't pregnant by this may I would go to the doctors. I started exercising more, eating more healthy and generally not stressing over it and I'm now pregnant! Sometimes it takes a while for your body to get over using birth control and the stress over it not happening can affect it. Good luck!
