I was on BC for about 12 years. I used ovulation strips right away and it took a few months to regulate my cycle. I did not O the first 3 months. When I went to my OB\GYN, she said that sometimes it takes up to 6 months to get out of your system. If your cycle is regular, I recommend getting OPK and taking your temps to see if you O. Good luck!

The pills are out of your system. Are your cycles regular? Have you been using ovulation predictor kits or other ways to track ovulation? If you have been TTC for more than a year, you should see your doctor to discuss next steps. Basic blood tests for you and a semen analysis for your husband.

Good luck!
