Thin Linning

What can you do to improve your uterine linning if it has been thinned by clomid? Also, how long does it take to thicken with clomid and without clomid. Any idea?

Where do you get this stemigrow and mumomega?  How long did you have to take it to get that increase in your lining?  Thanks for the input!  Merry Christams!

I heard wheat grass could help.  I took Estrace(without insurance it is about 40 bucks) for my lining and worked great for me, I am now 29wekks 2day.  I also understand clomid thins the lining, my RE wont even give it anymore, we did femara. (which if your ins. doesnt cover it, its actually very cheap and they have a coupon on their website, you can get it for 10 bucks if your dr prescribes it for you)  Good luck.

I am new to this and so confused!  I am 36 and trying to have a baby with my new wonderful husband after both having reversal surgeries.  We have yours and mine, but want an ours.  I was pregnant first month after our surgeries, only to misacrry at about 4 weeks.  Doctor just contributed it to age and was excited our surgeries worked.  I wasn't content to just let it be and asked for an ultrasound to check the thickness of my lining.  At ovulation my lining was only 2.7mm, which is too thin.  We were not expecting this and had been trying, so I just miscarried very early again.  :(  We are military adn they do not cover infertility or know much about it at all.  I have read so much that my mind is just going crazy.  I have read about estrogen, both good and bad.  I heard it can work like birth control and mess up the follies.  What do you believe or try?  I am going to try some natural things since the docs can't help me here.  I am so sad and my heart is broken right now.  I feel it is hopless.  I get pregnant so easy, but don't have enough lining for it to implant.  trying to be proactive but afraid something I will try will mess something else up.  What do I do?  Sorry to be such a mess.  We really want this child so much!

I was also given Estrogen to thicken my uterine lining. And its a bonus because it also helps with dryness "down there" too. Good luck and I hope it works for you!

I was given estrogen to thicken the lining.  We're at 7 mm today.  Tomorrow will be IUI and they're expecting it to be about 8 mm by then.

I worried about my thin lining for a long time. It never got thicker than 5. Even when I did ivf, it didn't thicken, but I still got pregnant with my beautiful twins! Hang in there & best wishes :)

I tried all sorts of things to thicken my lining on clomid including acupuncture, acupressure, eating full-fat dairy, taking fish-oil supp and baby aspirin, and more, but lining stayed <6. Some docs also prescribe estrogen or progesterone supplements, and that seems to help a lot of women. My b/w showed very high estrogen and prog levels, so RE said supps would not help me. I am switching to gonal-F this cycle because it doesn't have the same thinning side effect. My RE said lining should be thick by the time the follicles are mature size, usually about cd10-14. Good luck!
