Thirst !!
Hi,
Had my hopes high on 5 dpo when I felt so thirsty that nothing could quench it, no matter how much I consumed H2O. But that lasted for only a day and now I'm at 7 dpo with no signs whatsoever..
Is it possible to have the thirst symptom that lasts for only a day as a possible sign of conception/early pregnancy?
Your opinion would be highly appreciated.

It is too early to have any actual pregnancy symptoms. It takes like 7 days at least for implantation to occur and then another few days for hcg levels to be detectable. If it is too early for a pregnancy test, it is too early for actual symptoms.
