I know that we all come from different faiths and believes, but most all faiths believe in one thing and that is the power of prayer.  Science has even proven it's benefits.  I was thinking that we should start something of a prayer chain, and schedule a time when each of us takes a few minutes to pray for one another at the same time every day.  We can post certain prayer requests for example, if you're having an IUI in the morning, or an IVF transfer, or simply trying to time your bd during o, whatever, and then we will all pray for the request at the same time.   Maybe we should set aside 9 am and/or 9pm Pacific Standard Time each day for a few minutes to pray for one another.  I can post a table of time zones if you are interested.  Anyhow, let me know what you all think of this idea and if we all agree, or like the idea, then let the prayers begin!

HeathJo - Did you end up going to the doc today for your instruction and u/s.

LJ - 9DPO is way too early.  I know how addicted we all are to POAS, but when I was in the same situation some people posted saying that they didn't get BFPs until pas 16DPO.  Also my close friend that's preg. never got a BFP on an HPT and it's not like she was doing early like we do, she didn't even expect to be pg at all and started tested after AF was late for few days.

looking at my b/c pills that I picked up from my RE I remembered something.  When I first got my b/c prescription I used to have break through bleeding in the middle of my cycle.  I had to change my b/c prescription at least 3 times till I found one that solved that problem.  Are you taking b/c right now?  This is a very common problem.  Perhaps this is what's causing your bleeding.  Back in the old days when I tried not to get pregnant my doc told me not to worry about that since b/c is still effective.

Annabrita - thats so unfair that they do this to you. What tests so you have to redo? Will they ask for a HSG too? If you do have to do them all again can you make sure they ask them all at once so that they have a complete profile on you and pay some attention to you. its just ridiculous. Yes youre right - people dont get what its like to want a child so desperately unless they have been in our situation.

FiFi  - dont laugh but i have only been introduced to the world of follicles this week. What is a good number? I couldnt tell anything from my ultrasound but they did say i have dominant follicle on the right ovary. I hope youre going well and i will be thinking of you on Wed.

I just said my nightly midnight prayer, with special ones for you guys in particular. :-)

I'm supposed to have an u/s and get instructions on how to use injectables tomorrow morning, but we may have ice overnight and the doctor may not make it in. I'll post tomorrow, but in the meantime, try to cheer up sweeties!

Lisa, don't give up on the bfp it's too early to know for sure.  I have a really good feeling about you this month.  All those dreams are not for nothing.

Boy, it seems like bad days abound.  I too had a bad day today.  I tested last night, I know I vowed not to, but caved in!  9dpo and BFN.   I realize it was awfully early but wanted the unknown agony to end.  I went to bed not long after and had an odd dream.  Another pregnancy dream.  I dreamt I was standing in this empty room, could of been my living room.  Anyhow and I heard a strong voice say to me, "I know you got a BFN today, but you truly are pregnant.".   I think my subconscience just can't accept the BFN.  

Then, this morning one of my students walks in  the door shouting that her Mom just told her she was having twins!  This is a sgl mom, newly divorced with 2 children.  Then all day long kids were coming up to me saying "Did you know ****'s mom is having twins!".  Of course I have to be excited and happy when what I'm really feeling is like having a nice long cry.  

Annabrita : I'm so sorry to hear about the clinic's treatment of you.  Yes, they really should have checked all that out before.  I can not believe they are making you wait another cycle!!  I'm angry for you!  Not to mention the price of the IUI's!  Wow, but I guess she gives you 2 IUI's and it must be at least 3 u/s to check for follies before hand.  That can make sense and with u/s the cost does jump way up.  I think they are like $400.00 each.

Well, my dear Sparky is having a bad day because I'm ignoring him and he really wants to go for a walk. So, I guess I better go tend to him.  Keep your chins and hips up ladies.  LOL.  We've got to start a chain of positivity reaction going here!
