trying to concieve

am 28yrs old, me and my husband have been trying naturally for 2 yrs to get pregnant.  I have PCOS, we went for fertlity tests.  Hubbie sperm count is fine, i was found not to ovulate, level was 1.  Started on clomide 50mg on 17th August, had scan on day 12 and was told on left ovary their was one follicule that was bigger that could be dominat, but others not that good!! last week getting cramps in abdomen, increased frequency to wee, cervix high hard and slightly open.  Also visible blue veins in brests, due period today (28day cycle) nothing as yet.  Do you think i could be pregnant, or just getting my hopes up too much?

You can def still get preg with PCOS. I am 29 and I have pcos as well. Ive been trying for a long time to get preg but I see many stories all day everyday of women who was successful in getting pregnant. The trick is to find what works for you.  I dont ovulate either and without meds I would prob get 4 or 5 periods a year. It may take a few cycles to find your protocol or it may only take one!!! Either way u will get your positive preg test!!! Would love to hear what the Dr says about your progesterone test and about getting on metformin. I was given metformin a long time ago and was never really all that great about taking it. This cycle I take it faithfully along with femera, evening primerose and I just got some preseed to help DH sperm a little bit. Good luck!! Baby dust!!!!

I have done a HPT yesterday and it was negative, but heard loads people say that can happen with people with pcos!! am duew to see my consultant tomorrow to see if progesterone has increased and if not what next step will be.  I am gonna ask maybe to try metformin alongside the clomide to see if that will also help!  Thanks for words of support will keep this updated!! x
