Unsuccessful laparoscopy

I had a laparoscopic surgery 02 days ago but it was unsuccessful.
Here are the findings by the doctor:

"Uterus is enlarge,retroverted,fixed and POD totally.Both F.T are adherent and totally blocked,dye test negative on both side.Both ovary are buried and polycystic."

what is the solution now?

There are many causes of tubal occlusion.PID, endometeriosis, genital tuberculosis, complications after surgery all can cause tubal block. If the cause is known and treatable seek appropriate treatment for it. PCOD occurs due to imbalances in the hormonal system which makes ovulation irregular and causing other changes in the body.
