Use of B6?

I know some of you have used B6 to elongate the luteal phase.  Could you be so kind as to share your experience with it?  I started taking it a month ago (100 mg daily), usually have a 26 day cycle, with menstruation starting by noon (like clock work).  I usually ovulate somewhere between days 16 and 17.  Today is day 27 and still no AF.  Thought maybe its the B-6, but I thought it usually took 2 months or so to kick in?

Thanks for your advice!

I know Paranoidpattie used it and it worked for her. It did take a couple of cycles to get the full effect. But, it did increase ea cycle. She is on a ttc break right now or I'd say pm her for the details :(

Hi corissa! I haven't tried B6 myself, but I remember others on here say it helped them lengthen their luteal phase. I've also heard that it can take a couple of months to really start working, but that's great if you're already seeing a difference! Best of luck this month!
