Uterine Lining

What is a good way to thicken the uterine lining.  My lining my last two cycles have been 7mm then 5mm.  I was on clomid both times, and my RE has switched me to Letrozole.  I'm going on vacation this month so won't start a cycle till October.  I heard baby aspirin will help, but not sure if this is safe.  Thoughts

i used progesterone.  the baby apsirin thins your blood for good air circulation and blood flow to the uterine.

B12 and iron may help, too.

Some women get a thinner uterine lining on clomid, so I think just switching to femara/letrozole will help. Not really sure if there's anything you can take to thicken it, though, other than perhaps an estrogen supplement. Best of luck!
