BBT, temps increasing in 0.2's. Mean anything?

Im 8 dpo. Since O, my temps have been steadily increasing, whereas they usually zig zag a whole bunch until AF. Ive gone up 0.1 degree from 3, 4, and 5 dpo, and the last few days Ive gone up 0.2 deg. per day. If I look at my chart, I'm just going on an incline -- vs. other months it's like up down up up down.
Does this mean anything? Thanks! Heather

Let me clarify, if your luteal phase is normally 10 days long and at 12-13 days into your luteal phase your temp is still high then chances are you're pg.

I just wanted to add to what Latrice said....it's pretty much gauranteed that your pg if your temperature stays elevated 18 days past ovulation or if it stays elevated a couple days longer than your normal luteal phase.  That means if your normal luteal phase is 10 days long and your temp is still high then chances are your pg.  It's a definite at 18DPO!  (If you don't have it already I suggest getting Taking Charge of Your Fertility.  I didn't know any of this stuff until I read a few chapters the other night.  It's amazing what you don't know about your body and what this book teaches you!)

Yeah, clomid should help your luteal phase. Just took a look at your chart, and like Latrice said, it doesn't necessarily have to mean anything...but it's definitely a very nice rise :-) Best of luck! I hope the elevated temps continue for another nine months!

Hi Latrice. Well, I have actually taken my temperature at the exact same time for all three cycles that I've charted. I take it at 7:10 a.m. every day, even on weekends. So this is just a really weird month compared to others. It's my first round of Clomid, so maybe that's making a difference. Usually by 8 dpo I am spotting and heavy cramps. I have no spotting and some twinges down low, but not bad cramping. I think though, the Clomid will give me a better LP, so maybe that's part of it too. Who knows!
Thanks for the advice and the good luck wishes. I wish you luck too!

well this is what i have learned by doing my chart and asking women questions about there chart. If you look at my chart in the beggining, temps are all over the place, thats bcuz i was taking my temps at different times in the mourning.  Now if you look at the current temps it looks so perfect bcuz i was taking them the same time everyday. Your temps are suppose to increase during your LP.(the phase after ovulation) reasearchers say not to get to excited if they go up being that is not a definite sign of pregnancy, but get excited if you miss your period and your temps are still high.  Wishing you much luck and SSBD
