When really is CD1?

AF showed today :-(  but I expected it.  I'm scheduled for hysterscopy May 23.  The RE said they really consider cd1 the first heavy day, not just when spotting.  I had a very little spotting this am, but now at 5pm its a bit heavier and redder, but still just watery.

So do you think cd1 is today or tommorrow?  The RE doesn't want to schedule my hysterscopy past cd10.

your CD1 start today (5/13) because in the morning you have spot, but later the day it's heavy flow.  So definitely CD1 start today (5/13)

CD1 is the 1st day of "flow" that requires a pad or tampon. Spotting does not count as CD1.

CD1 is the first day of any sign of blood. So even if you are just spotting it is CD1. That's what my Dr told me.
