VERY flustered...please help!

So I have a not so quick question. I know all the ovulation tracking methods and have actually been **** most. I BBT, check cervix, cm and OPK! And for some reason I end up stumped every month! I do all these methods because I have an irregular period and very little cm, I just cant seem to pin point when I ovulate...For example: This cycle my period started on June 20Th to 24Th, my calender figured I would ovulate around the 3rd so I started OPK and checking my cervix around the 30Th just in case. Everything seemed to be pointing to ovulation, but not in the extreme. On July 1st through the 3rd my OPKs came out slightlylighter than the control band, but directions say it has to be same color or darker. Decided it wasn't dark enough so i kept taking them until the12Th and haven't gotten anything as dark. My BBT was broken (do to my son thinking it would be cool to try and flush it down the toilet, certaintly wasn't going to put it in my mouth after that!) so I had to wait a couple of days while i ordered a new one. When I did receive it, July 5Th, that next morning as usual at 7am I took my temp and it was 98.04, but most times if Ive ovulated its around 98.20s to 98.50s never lower.  And now my cervix is showing signs of ovulation again. Sorry TMI! Cervix is open, soft and high and the little cm i do have is stretchy, just not ewcm yet. Haven't BD in 2 days so I don't think I'm mistaking semen for cm. So I don't know if I should go to the store and get more opks just in case or if I should just admit I might have to see a doc about being irregular or what. But every month it seems to be something.....I just dont know! Anybody have stories like mine or any advice its appreciated. Sorry its so long and thank you.

It isn't so much what the temp is, but how is it compared to the other temps? Has there been a clear thermal shift? Every woman has different temps. They even vary from cycle to cycle. For me, anything over 98 is always post-o. But, some women it is not. If there has been a .5 deg sustained shift, it is likely you did already o.

I agree on the digi opks, there's no room for error.  Also, opks only work for 85% of all women. If you are not seeing definite results, try other brands. They are not all created equal. What works for one may not for another :)

I was just thinking that since you have so little ewcm maybe it might be a good idea to bd at any cm starting at day 11 and keep going form there!  I bought that book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and it's AMAZING for charting and irregular cycles.  Maybe you're not ovulating?  If you don't want to buy it definately sing it out from your library.  I bet it would answer alot of your questions about your cycle.  Hope this helps!

Hi Ive never tracked my temp. And I used the same OPK's with the lines and never could tell when it was time..(never looked quiet dark to me) so I switched to the digital ones and the 1st month I used the digital I got a BFP! (my cycles are regular to) But my BFP turned into an ectopic..But I would invest in the digital one! Good Luck!
