Hi Mothi... Clomid can affect you ovulation and overall the cycle a bit. It shifts it by a day or two but I would anyway suggest you keep tracking using OPK or basal body temp. Is this your  first cycle on Clomid? Be sure you don't take more that 4-6 cycles. Read up more, but my sister's doctor said in a lifetime one shouldn't take more than 4-6 cycles of clomid. My doctor didn't stop me in-time and I took it for 8 consecutive cycles which is now affecting my ovulation slightly by not producing enough follicles on its own. Anyhow, thats my story.
Have you and your husband already done all the necessary/basic fertility tests? Clomid increases the chances of having twins just slightly.. so I really would not worry about that.

Clomid delayed my ovulation by a couple of days, but I have regular cycles. For women who have irregular cycles or late ovulations, it can actually move it up. As for twins, the chance is a little higher than normal on clomid, because it can help you produce more than one egg...but the chance of multiples is still fairly low. Good luck to you!
