Some of the clinics in India are very reputable and not expensive.  Possibly you could look into one of them.  At age 27 it seems like they should be able to stimulate you to get more than just a handful of embryos, or should be able to tell you why not.

they transfer my embryos the second day  two grade A and one grade B .i don't really know whats the reason Why it wont work? . i asked the doctor he told me you need several times in order to  succeed  .But i feel we are losing money alot. and there is no embryo frozen . i have been in two clinics the first clinic we done it 2 times then the second clinic done it 3 times . two clinics told me they are not able to freeze embryos because there is no embryos enough. one time they tried to freeze some but when they unfreeze it they stop developing so we do fresh ones . and thank very much

What day transfers are you doing?  What is the RE's reason for the transfers not working?  I am not sure about the surgery, you could talk to a urologist to see what they recommend.  I am sorry you have not had success yet.  Do you have any frozen embryos left, or would you have to do another cycle?  Have you thought about getting a second opinion from another clinic?  Several ladies on here have switched clinics and then had success.  Me included.

Talk to your fertility specialist.  I have heard that it is possible to draw sperm out of the area with a needle, but the specialist would know.
