I take prometrium starting at 3DPIUI so I have pregnancy symptoms until AF arrives.  Also your hormones from impending AF can cause pregnancy like symptoms too.  If you took a trigger shot that will do it too.  I triggered yesterday morning and we had our third IUI this morning I already feel "symptoms" but it's from the HCG shot, I try to ignore any symptoms until at least 14DPIUI but then AF arrives.  good luck

I'm also 6dp iui.
My last iui cycle I felt like i was having pregnancy symptoms but it turns out I wasn't pregnant. The last time we tried "naturally" (no iui or medications) I didn't feel pregnant and it turns out I WAS (althought I ended up miscarrying at 8 weeks).  And if you are taking progesterone supplements like I am you totally feel pregnant but there is no way to tell if it's the progesterone or if you are actually pregnant.
It's a long wait, isn't it : (

Hey there. I'm 6dp iui and know EXACTLY how u are feeling. The bad part is everyone is different and we examine ever kittle twinge and pain. I already started testing (- hpt) even though i know it is way too early. I'm keeping a log so that if we need to do IUI again i will know what is "normal" for me. Keep calm and just be observing cuz we know  our bodies. I didnt have proges. supplements post IUI so I know anything I'm feeling has nothing to do with meds other than maybe some overstimulated ovaries! Best of luck and Baby dust to all of us!

I'm assuming you had a medicated IUI cycle? And you are also taking progesterone suppositories? Well, the thing is you can't really compare an IUI to a natural conception, because even if you experience some pregnancy-like symptoms, they may just be related to the meds you are taking/have taken during the cycle. So, unfortunately, I wouldn't pay much attention to that myself and just wait for your official pregnancy test. That's the only sure way to tell. Best wishes :)

To be honest, I don't know what iui is (sorry) but in my last pregnancy I had a lot of pregnancy symptoms at least a week before a missed period.  Unfortunately I ended up miscarrying... but now I suspect I am pregnant again but am trying to distinguish between a faint line and evaporation line. We both must be impatient lol.  But-- I'm about 5 days before a missed period and am having symptoms. Extreme fatigue, sore boobs, vivid dreams, crazy emotions etc.. I've read that you can start to have symptoms 7 days after you ovulate- before you would get a positive test.  So you will probably have to wait a few more days... are you experiencing anything??? Waiting is painful!! Best of luck to you.
